Brooke Robertson Releases Debut Worship EP Jan 5

Have My Heart, the debut EP from Louisiana-based singer/songwriter Brooke Robertson, is set to bow January 5. Currently available for pre-order oniTunes, the worship-infused pop project was produced by Seventh Day Slumber's Jeremy Holderfield and features four selections, all co-written by Robertson and Holderfield.
The title-cut and first single-an anthem of gratitude extolling God's love and devotion-was also co-penned by Carrollton's Joel Rousseau and is now available on iTunes. Additionally, Rousseau lends his pen to the piano-driven "Back To Shore," while acclaimed singer/songwriter Allison Clarke co-wrote "Cannot Be Moved," an upbeat worship ballad closing the project. Have My Heart also showcases the poignant "I Am Yours," a deeply personal song of surrender for Robertson.
"It's my desire that people will find hope and draw closer to Jesus when they hear these songs," Robertson shares. "I want to encourage others to rely on God's plans and not their own. The journey of discovering God's purpose for your life is something I think we can all relate to, and I believe with my whole heart that true joy is found when you give everything over to Him."
"From the first time I heard Brooke sing, I knew there was something very special about her," said Holderfield. "Her voice has the ability to draw listeners deeper into the lyrics, and I think she's just scratching the surface of what God will do with her. I can't wait for people to hear this music."
