Ax Man Shooting reveals and Rumors: Man Wielding Ax Shot and Killed by New York Police after Injuring Two Officers
Cases of Americans joining terrorism groups are on the rise; a disheartening fact. The latest one is of a man that wielded an ax and begun to massacre a group of patrol offices in broad day light at around 2pm. The New York police managed to finally shoot and kill him but the incident left two police officers injured and one bystander wounded in the gunfire. After being searched it was discovered that the man did not have any form of identification on him, which ultimately makes it difficult to determine whether he had any connections with the various terrorism groups such as ISIS.
The police commissioner, William Bratton held a news conference at a hospital where one of the officers was receiving treatment to try and report the findings of their investigation. When asked if this act of madnesswas driven by a terroristic motive he said that it cannot be ruled out siting a shooting of a man in Canada earlier this week. Only that this man was no ordinary man but a Canadian soldier.
The attack took place right in the heart of the commercial district in Queens. The officers in question were on foot patrol, they posed for a photo and it was then that the man wielding an ax charged at them swinging. He managed to hit on the arm and another in the back of the head. Before he could do any more damage the injured police officers fired and managed to shot and kill him. In a sad twist of events one of the bullets hurt a bystander but she is alive and receiving treatment.
