‘The Flash’: Is Harrison Wells Reverse Flash?

'The Flash': Is Harrison Wells Reverse Flash?
CW's bonafide hit "The Flash" is, already, all prepped-up for a full season; however, amongst the most important questions that involve the show is Harrison Wells' identity.
Wells' first public introduction featured him as a man operating Star Labs, which engineered the "particle accelerator" that rendered Barry Allen, and many other people, superhuman powers when it exploded. The explosion caused Harrison Wells to lose his legs' use, but he was the person who took care of Barry while he was in coma for nine months.
When Barry recovered from coma, Wells became his superhero mentor; providing Barry life and career-changing advices. He was the man behind Barry's best representation of what superheroes should be.
However, towards the end of the pilot episode, and the ending of all other succeeding episodes, Wells started to reveal his bad side. First, he pretended to be in need of a wheelchair; though he could walk normally and is even capable of killing someone as seen in episode 2.
Who's this person who has gained access to the future news? Who's this person who bears clear knowledge of what Barry's future endeavors are?
Here are a few clues that could help us figure out who Harrison Wells, really, is:
The first idea is that Harrison Wells' is amongst the villains of "The Flash" as featured in the comic books. But, which character is he?
The most probable answer is "Reverse Flash". The only problem is there've been numerous Reverse Flashes featured in comic books like Hunter Zolomon, also known as Zoom; and Eobard Thawne, also known as Professor Zoom.

Another question is, is Harrison Wells from "the future"? Well, not likely. The more possible idea is that when the particle accelerator accident happened, Wells received a "Superspeed" power like Barry has received his.
One thing is sure to happen this season, we're definitely going to see "Reverse Flash" also known as "Yellow Flash" as shown in their promo ad for the upcoming show. Do you think it, really, is Wells? Well, we'll soon find out the reality behind the character as "The Flash" first season opens up.
