Hillsong Worship's Brooke Ligertwood Talks About the Passion Behind their Spanish Album "HAY MÁS"

Multi-platinum-selling Hillsong Worship expands its global mission with the release of their debut Spanish album. "HAY MÁS" ("There is More") has entered the Spanish language market in a big way with the breakout single "Hermoso Nombre" already garnering over 10M global streams to date.
"HAY MÁS" is an extension of the groups' chart-topping "There Is More" project and features the vocals of Brooke Ligertwood, Taya, Jad Gillies, Aodhan King, and David Ware singing all songs in Spanish for the first time backed by a choir made up of local worship leaders from Hillsong Buenos Aires.
A global and local expression of Hillsong Church, the 11-track compilation includes songs such as, "Who You Say I Am," "The Passion," and "New Wine," along with Hillsong Worship favorites "What A Beautiful Name," and "I Surrender," among others.
"For many years, we have been offering translated versions of our albums sung by our translation teams around the world, but we are now thrilled to be able to offer a Spanish language album that features the voices and worship leading of leaders who make up our Hillsong Worship team and whom many listeners would know and love from our English language albums," says Hillsong Worship's Brooke Ligertwood.
"We pray that 'HAY MÁS' is a great blessing to the Spanish speaking believers all around the world and that the significant contingent of the global Church who speak this beautiful language would feel and know that Hillsong Church is championing them all the way!"
In support of the new music, Hillsong Worship will kick off their Latin America Tour in the Dominican Republic on Aug 17 with stops in Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.
