Martin Smith Drops "Fire in Your Eyes," the Third Single from His Forthcoming Album

In anticipation of his album release next year, former Delirious? lead singer and songwriter Martin Smith returns with his brand new single "Fire in Your Eyes" tomorrow (Nov 19). This is Smith's third single from his forthcoming new album which is scheduled for release in 2022. Bursting with energy and a soaring anthemic chorus, the single exemplifies Smith's trademark style and ability to seamlessly blend his musical influences with a contemporary praise and worship sound.
"Fire in Your Eyes" follows on the heels of the singles "Dancing in the Fire" and "Trouble." "Dancing," the first single from his brand new studio album, garnered support from BBC Radio Two and generated a wealth of media coverage. Meanwhile, "Trouble," is a collaboration between Martin and The Kingdom Choir, known more recently for playing at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. A firm fan favourite, "Trouble," which was released in September, has already generated over 235,000 streams on Spotify alone.
For three decades, the Brighton, U.K.-based Smith has been penning songs that bring fresh air to the lungs of the church, whether as a solo artist or a founding member of the ground-breaking band Delirious?. This includes favorites "Did You Feel The Mountains Tremble?," "Waiting Here For You," "I Could Sing Of Your Love Forever" and "History Maker." Smith's songs have connected generations and inspired and influenced worship leaders and worshippers alike.
