Bob Goff on His Upcoming New Book: "I Want Kids of All Ages to Know that Their Dreams Matter!"

New York Times bestselling author Bob Goff announces the upcoming release of his children's book "Dream Big for Kids" coauthored by daughter Lindsey Goff Viducich. Out October 4 via Tommy Nelson and available now for preorder, the illustrated storybook encourages children to believe in themselves, aim for the stars, and most importantly dream big!
"I want kids of all ages to know that their dreams matter!" says Goff. "From writing songs to climbing mountains to fighting sickness as a doctor or scientist, dreams don't look the same for everyone. And they don't become 'big dreams' because they're loud or popular. Dreams grow from the creative spirit and individual spark God put in each of us to make a difference, to build something new, and to help the world."
Living up to the inspirational feel of its predecessors, "Dream Big for Kids" is the third book that Goff has adapted into a children's version with his daughter Lindsey. Previous titles include bestsellers "Love Does for Kids" and "Everybody Always for Kids."
Filled with whimsical illustrations by Sian James, "Dream Big for Kids" highlights the diversity that exists in every child's dream. James' ability to capture emotions through imagery allows children to place themselves in the storybook and reflect on what their own dreams might look like.
"What if you were created for something so special, so amazing, so big that you could change the world?" says Goff. "My hope for this book is that kids will learn to dream big and become the wonderful, creative person God created them to be."
