Listen to Benson's In-Studio Performance on SiriusXM's Bluegrass Junction

Earlier this month, Wayne and Kristin Scott Benson traveled to the SiriusXM studios in New York City to talk with Bluegrass Junction host Joey Black about their music, their careers and what led them to create their first album as a duo, Pick Your Poison - and to record a special live in-studio performance.
That segment is set to air on Bluegrass Junction at 11 a.m. ET on Friday, July 28.
"It was such a privilege to be with Joey at SiriusXM headquarters," says Kristin. "Bluegrass Junction has done so much to make bluegrass accessible to the masses, and Wayne and I were delighted to chat with Joey about the new Benson project."
The segment will be rebroadcast at the following times:
- Saturday, July 29 at 8 a.m. ET
- Sunday, July 30 at noon ET
- Monday, July 31 at 9 p.m. ET
- Wednesday, August 2 at 3 a.m. ET
- Thursday, August 3 at 4 p.m. ET
Benson is a collaborative effort between two of bluegrass music's most treasured instrumentalists: Wayne and Kristin Scott Benson. With decades of experience in top-tier bands, both have established themselves as stalwarts in the community. After years of paving separate musical paths, the two finally decided it was time to integrate their identities and create something new together. Benson is their first combined effort, despite having been married for over 20 years.
