Singer-songwriter and military veteran George Case delivered a stirring rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" at the 263rd Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) Change of Command Ceremony on February 10, 2025, at McEntire Joint National Guard Base. This prestigious event marked the transition of leadership from Maj. Gen. Frank M. Rice to Maj. Gen. Richard A. Wholey Jr. as the new commanding general of the 263rd AAMDC.
