South Park Season 18 Premiere Date, Episodes And Start: The Release Date Of South Park Season 18 Officially Announced
For those who follow the South Park comedy, there is some good news for you as we have the latest information on the premiere date, episodes and start of the 18th season which has already been announced by Comedy Central. The new season will premiere on Wednesday September 24th. The new season will compose of 10 new episodes.
The creators, Matt Stone and Trey Parker recently sold all the streaming rights to Hulu for all the 244 episodes. If you want to catch up before the new season begins, you already know the place to go. Stone said, "We have 247 episodes now, so we've got plenty to feed different windows and different experiences. Content came out of its hole, saw its shadow and ran back to the hole for protection. What we do is expensive, it takes a lot of people, and it makes sense to put it through windows in a way that produces a lot of value. We do what we do because we act like we own the staff and try to surf whatever wave is out there."
It is quite fair to say that fans are still adjusting to the work schedule that Matt Stone and Trey Parker have developed in South Park. At the beginning of last year, South Park changed its usual MO of airing the seven episodes in the fall for straight, unbroken 10 episodes strictly in the last half of the year. It does not only mean more lump sum in one episode but also 10 months we are free for the favorite foul mouthed fourth graders.
It is undeniable that the last season of South Park saw an upgrade in quality mostly pertaining to the three-part Game of Thrones parody and a surprisingly moving satire of our airbrush culture and to add to this, the Hobbit jokes. It has been announced that on the same day that South Park hits your screen, Key & Peele will also return. It seems that the fans will not have to wait for the 18th season for so long after all. We just have to wait till it premieres and enjoy the comedy.
