Chris Tomlin Releases New Single Ahead of Upcoming Album "The King Is Still the King"

GRAMMY® Award-winning artist Chris Tomlin has released his brand-new single, "Jesus Saves," a powerful declaration of the hope found only in the cross of Christ. The song's central lyric, "He did what I could not do," distills the message of salvation to its simplest and most profound truth: Jesus' sacrifice. "That is the Cross. That is the message," Tomlin shares.
Beloved pastor and author Max Lucado echoes this message, saying, "It's not what you do. It's not what you don't do. It's what has already been done." Together, these words capture the heart of "Jesus Saves."
The single paves the way for Tomlin's highly anticipated new album, The King Is Still the King, set to release September 26. Fans can pre-order the project now through the link in his bio.
With songs that point the church and the world back to the eternal truth of God's reign, Tomlin continues his mission of uniting believers in worship and lifting high the name of Jesus.
Tomlin is one of the most successful and influential Christian artists of our time, whose music has inspired believers across the globe. With 17 number-one radio singles, a GRAMMY® Award, an American Music Award, three Billboard Music Awards, 29 Dove Awards, and over 12 million albums sold, Tomlin's songs are sung in churches worldwide every week. Classics like "How Great Is Our God," "Good Good Father," "Our God," and "Whom Shall I Fear (God of Angel Armies)" have become modern hymns of the church. Recognized as a pioneer in worship music, Tomlin continues to write and record songs that lead people closer to the heart of God.
"Jesus Saves" is available now on all streaming platforms.
