Beetlejuice 2' Movie Release Date Announcement Updates; Production, Star Cast, News and Rumors
Beetlejuice 2 movie release date is not known so far. It is also now know know the production will begin for the second installment. Beetlejuice was first released on March 30, 1988. It was directed by Tim Burton and produced by Larry Wilson, Michael Bender and Richard Hashimoto. The story was plotted by Michael McDowell and Larry Wilson. The movie is distributed by Warner Bros.
Beetlejuice succeeded in collected over $73.7 million worldwide against a mere budget of $15 million. The movie starred Michael Keaton, Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis, Jeffrey Jones, Catherine O'Hara, Winona Ryder, Silvia Sydney in the lead roles.
The American comedy fantasy film won many awards that includes Best Makeup award at 61st Academy Awards, Best Visual Effects award at British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and also ranked 88th on American Film Institute's list of Best Comedies. Looking at the huge success of the film, an animated version of the film too was released on ABC and Fox.
With so much to talk about Beetlejuice, it is much obvious fans are waiting for the second installment. However, apart from the knowing that producers intend to make 2nd version, we know nothing. There is no news about when the production will begin, who will be the cast, what will be plot and so on. Nothing is penned as of now. Producers are still thinking about it but not planned anything. So lets hope we atleast get to hear the news about Beetlejuice 2 movie coming out at least.
