Ever since the last E3 presentation from Nintendo, rumors and speculation on 'The Legend of Zelda' have been doing rounds. While many journalists claim that they have confirmed news on the release, the truth is that they cannot give you anything beyond a vague date for next E3 in 2015. As a matter of fact, these dates have also originated from wild guesses.
However, if you'd really like something on the matter, iDigitaltimes believes that 2015 release date will be way to optimistic as Nintendo has allotted some more time to the team and pushed back the date to early 2016. But again, you don't know what the truth is.
Truth Behind Expected Release Date Rumors
There is no doubt that Zelda Wii U release date is highly anticipated, however, Nintendo chose not to speak anything on the matter. A few spoilers claim that the matter in now in hands of developers and testers as they continue to polish the edges. As we already know that the coming game will be more of free or open world environments, much work is pending in that department.

Every now and then, there is a spoiler alert either claiming that 'The Legend of Zelda' will now feature a girl or that some other characters have been introduced in the game. Unfortunately, none of it provides any sensible information on what is going on at Nintendo headquarters. On the other hand, such baseless reporting makes anxious gamers frustrated and angry.
