Ghostbusters 3 Release Date and Other Latest News; Ghostbusters Movie Star Bill Murray Gives Out His Bets On Possible Ghostbusters 3 All-Female Cast

"Lost in Translation" actor Bill Murray has confirmed that he does not have any plan of playing a part in the upcoming third sequel to the popular Ghostbusters movie. The veteran actor did, however, proclaim support for a proposed Ghostbusters 3 cast composed of all females.

"It sounds great to me," the actor was reported saying. "It sounds as good an idea as any other! There are a lot of women that could scare off any kind of vapor! No, it's a grand idea, I don't know who they're talking about, but it's a good idea, I would watch it."

When asked if he has any good suggestion of actresses to appear in the comedy film, the actor enthusiastically detailed out the names of the ladies that he thought might do well in a Ghostbusters installment.

"Melissa [McCarthy] would be a spectacular Ghostbuster," the actor told The Toronto Sun. "And Kristen Wiig is so funny - God, she's funny! I like this girl Linda Cardellini a lot, and Emma Stone is funny. There are some funny girls out there."

The next movie that is supposedly to come out in one or two years as part of the Ghostbusters 30th anniversary celebration, will feature female "parapsychologists and ghost-catchers" according to news and reports surrounding the much-awaited movie.

As for now, there is not any confirmation yet regarding the Ghostbusters 3 release date, though there are theories that suggest that it could come out later next year or as early as 2017.
