"Kingdom Hearts 3" will soon be available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox. The company plans to release it in its HD version entitled Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix. Sources say that Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 Remix will exclusively be on PlayStation 3 on the 2^nd day of Dec. 2014. The story evolves around Sora's older version in an adventure with Disney characters.
