Thom Yorke's New Album "Tomorrow's Modern Boxes" and the Radiohead's 'Low-Key' Tour

A few days ago, Radiohead's lead singer, Thom Yorke, released a new album called "Tomorrow's Modern Boxes". The album became available through a file-sharing software, with a price of $6.

As the singer's recent album "The King of Limbs" in 2011, the new album is becoming less of a crowd-pleaser. Nonetheless, the album is worth the attention.

The new album has eight songs and a total of 28 minutes. One of them is an instrumental piece. "Interference" is one of the eight songs that seems to fit the "pop" category. Other than that, the songs are seemingly strange and peculiar, as if to parallel a "private diary" and perhaps an outcry for Thom Yorke.

In other news, it was reported that the Radiohead released a tenth new album three weeks ago. The album's release was hinted through a series of 5-second animations posted on their website. The band also released a luxury CD edition. Both original and luxury editions were available through a certain Postmortemism web site for five to six hours, but were pulled out when the band 'gave up hope of ever selling a copy'.

Also, the band had no plans of going on a tour for the album, and the tour was canceled after four dates, as the band declared that the last performance was 'artistically null and void'; the band was having a 'low key' tour, playing music at abandoned warehouses, farm buildings and disused Cornish tin mines. On the fourth tour date, a janitor showed up at the performance, and that's when the band walked off the stage and decided to abort the tour. They didn't approve the presence of an audience.
