Duck Dynasty Star Missy Robertson Talks Season 5 Details and Phil's Suspension
Duck Dynasty returns tonight with the Season 5 premiere at 10 PM ET on A&E.
Jase's wife Missy Robertson recently discussed some details about the new batch of episodes and addressed her father-in-law Phil's suspension from the show after expressing anti-gay comments in a GQ article late last year.
"I was actually doing an all-day photo shoot for my clothing line when the news broke, so I didn't know anything about it until I walked in my house that evening and Jase told me. After it sunk in a minute, my initial reaction was, 'Is Kay going to move to the end of the table and say the blessing?' We both chuckled at that thought," said Missy to Fox411.
Throughout the suspension Missy maintains that fans of the show were overwhelmingly supportive of the family. As for what fans can expect in Duck Dynasty Season 5, Missy revealed there will be a new addition to the Robertson clan.
"While I can't give away any coveted inside-information, I can say that you will be introduced to a new family member this year as well as see the guys get themselves into even more silly situations. You definitely won't want to miss the season finale as it will highlight some really sweet and tender family moments," she said.
