Total War: Rome 2 Review And Latest Updates: Total War: Rome 2 Gets A Refreshing Upgrade Improving On The Graphical Bugs And Low Resolution Textures Making It A Noticeably Better Game
We have the latest for you on the review and latest updates of Total War: Rome 2. "Total War: Rome 2" has really revolved. Although we can't say that it is in the best health, it is far much better than the original game. Let's have a review of the game.
According to Euro Gamer, the game looks better, performs better and even behaves better than the original game. We no longer hear of the graphical bugs which brought up low-resolution textures on even the highest settings or even produced strange visual deformities. We have to appreciate that the game has really improved.
According to Euro Gamer, "It's a more coherent Al, mind, and even a devious one at times. Welcome in their absence are the computer suicidal assaults against well defended settlements, though smaller factions now have a strange habit of declaring war against you when you're clearly the biggest cat on the block. Enemy armies are sometimes vulnerable to kiting, as has always been the case with the series, allowing you to lead entire armies on merry chases around the map. But now the Al actually tries to kite you back from time to time, with feints on both the tactical map and the strategic map."
It is very pleasant and refreshing to see Total War: Rome 2 smoothed over and playing a better game now. Noticeably it is a better game now. However, it is not always a better game as it can sometimes disappoint. A review on Euro Gamer read, "Battles at sea feel slower and better paced: great! My spearmen are running up and down the ladder they just erected to climb over city walls: oh no! A seaborne army pathfinding their way from the tip of Italy to North Africa Wants to take an overland route through France and Gibraltar: Oops!"
The battles look fantastic especially when hundreds of lunatic warriors clash with each other in slow motion. Although the game has gone through many improvements over the time, Euro Gamer advises that it is not worth getting right now as it is not as experienced. The game is therefore prone to collapsing and repeating its previous mistakes. It is a good game, but definitely not the best. Stay with us for more news on this and much more.
