For sure, the fans of the HBO TV series "Game of Thrones" will have more reasons to be excited on the coming of the series' fifth season. Another exciting treat is on the way for the "Game of Thrones" fans as Season Five is expected to have its first ever flashback scenes. This blockbuster HBO TV series will provide its avid followers more clues on what was Westeros like before the Seven Kingdoms have begun its existence.
In a report by Time, "Game of Thrones" producers Dan Weiss and Davi Benioff excitedly announced and confirmed the flashbacks that will be shown on the series' fifth season.
Season 5 will also answer speculations about what was the world of Westeros like before the Seven Kingdoms went into war against each other and fought for the throne.
What makes it more exciting is that some dead characters will come back on screen. This time, it is speculated, in the form of flashbacks.
Entertainment Wise reported that "Games of Thrones" actor Charles Dance might appear again for Season 5. Playing the role of Tywin Lannister, Dance answered speculations that there might be a comeback of his character in Season Five.
"You have not seen the last of Tywoin Lannister is all I'll say," said Dance as he refused to elaborate further on what viewers can expect in Season Five. He avoided providing spoilers, citing that there are still some people who have not watched any episode of "Game of Thrones."
However, Paste Magazine released some dose of spoilers for those who cannot wait what these flashbacks are all about. Some characters are wanted to be seen by many "Game of Thrones" fans on Season Five which will hit the screen in spring 2015.
The character of Ygritte was called on by the series' avid viewers for a comeback. Identified as the resident lady rebel, Ygritte left at the end of Season Four. Another in-demand character is Ned Stark, who was gone as early as Season One when he was beheaded by King Joffrey. Many want to see him again to keep the Stark Family united. Others also want to relive the death scene of the character Joffrey which was shown in Season Four. Will Ygritte and Ned Stark be able to make their much awaited comebacks?
