'Dancing with the Stars' Season 19, Week 6 Latest News, Updates and Results: Bennet, Holker's Last Strut
The dance showdown got more intense in "Dancing with the Stars" Season 19. Unfortunately, no one got a perfect score. However, great dance moves were presented by all the contestants for the Latin themed week.
Judges Carrie Ann Inaba, Bruno Tonioli, Julianne Hough and special judge rapper Pitbull took turns in complimenting and/or insulting the contestants. Pitbull took the place of Len Goodman for the week and before he started his judging duty, he gave a great performance singing his song 'Fireball'.
So who is out? Sadly, ABC News reports that Jonathan Bennetand Allison Holker made their last dance moves. The two presented a Jazz routine using Pitbull's 'Back in Time" song. But the pair wasn't that lucky. They got 32/40 score.
The remaining contestants are as follows:
Janel Parrish and the pretty Valentine Chmerkovskiy -Samba - 33/40
Lea Thompson and Artem Chigvintsev -Salsa - 32/40
Tommy Chong and the bubbly Peta Murgatroyd - Foxtrot - 28/40
Antonio Sabato Jr. and the charming Cheryl Burke- Salsa -28/40
Sadie Robertson and the dude - Mark Ballas -Rumba - 35/40
Michael Waltrip and the beautiful Emma Slater- Argentine Tango 30/40
Bethany Mota and the effervescent Derek Hough- Tango - 36/40
Alfonso Ribeiro and the vivacious Witney Carson - 39/40
Aside from the great moves from the contestants, viewers were all in awe when two of the contestants took their shirts off.Chmerkovskiy and Chigvintsev had no problem showing off their contoured muscular bodies.Chong showed his physique in his video package shown before the contests started.
Meanwhile, E! Online wrote that Season 17 contestant Leah Remini took over the hosting job for the night. Erin Andrews is in Kansas City hosting the World Series. Tom Bergeron and Leah had a great team-up hosting another intense week in"Dancing with the Stars" Season 19.
A few more weeks and fans will know the last three contestants vying for the Mirror-Ball Trophy. Who will be the last three standing? Viewers will find out soon enough. For now everyone is enjoying the great moves, awesome contestants and spectacular guest artists seen in the show! "Dancing with the Stars" Season 19 showed eight talented artists so far. According to TV Recap, guests' performers were Smokey Robinson and Aloe Blacc, Sisa and Nico and Vinz, Colbie Caillat, Jessie J and the latest guest star rapper Pitbull.
