HTC has brought spectacular smartphones in the market, most of them based on the Android platform. HTC's built quality and software performance are commendable. This resulted in market demand for HTC smart phones.
The Desire family of HTC has brought in affordable, high-quality phones to the market. The Desire 612, which was recently released, is based on Android 4.4 KitKat version, with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, a Quad core 1.2GHz processor and an Adreno 305 graphics processor.
The new Desire 612 offers an internal storage of 8GB coupled with a 1GB RAM. This combination is best suited for all kinds of activities. The Desire 612 is built with 8MP primary camera and 1.3MP secondary camera, with features such as geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HD video, image recording and so on. HTC has been providing excellent camera resolution in all its previous smart-phones.
The Desire 612 can be expected to have a good image and camera resolution. The memory factor of this devise acts as a major advantage for storing numerous photos and videos. When it comes to the audio factor of this gadget, the Desire 612 is built with dual front stereo speakers, which facilitates good quality audio. The Desire 612 features Wi-Fi 802, Bluetooth 4.0, GPRS, EDGE, Wi-Fi hotspot, microUSB v2.0, and powered by a 2040mAh battery, as reported by Android Central.
The next big smart phone which has already entered the market is the Desire 816. The Desire 816 is based on Android Kitkat 4.4 version, with Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset, Adreno 305 graphic processor, working on a Quad core 1.5GHz processor.
The Desire 816 has a physical weight of approximately 165 grams, with a 5.5 inches capacitive touch screen. This phone offers a 13MP primary camera, 5MP secondary camera, with autofocus, LED flash and so on.
Desire 816 with such high resolution camera provides crisp, clear images and videos to users. The camera software is mostly minimalistic with a lot of manual settings, but HTC goes bonkers when it comes to offering different picture modes to shoot in. There are 16 modes in total, some of which are quite unnecessary.
For example, the Mono mode lets users choose a colour cast, which makes the dedicated gray-scale and aqua modes redundant, NDTV reported. Priced at approximately $ 390, the Desire 816 is a good choice for people who prefer good stereo experience, camera quality and swift performance.
