Gospel Artist Kevin LeVar Kicks Off the Forgiveness Campaign

Gospel artist Kevin LeVar is encouraging people to give the gift of forgiveness this Christmas. Visitors to LeVar's official website can leave a testimony, read actual forgiveness stories, and access free resources including eCards and a free download of LeVar's hit single, "A Heart that Forgives."
The official website has launched at www.theforgivenesscampaign.org.
"We have a goal of inspiring one million acts of forgiveness," says LeVar. "With this campaign, we are restoring families, repairing friendships, strengthening communities and empowering people through the simple act of forgiveness."
This whole campaign was inspired by LeVar's hit singlle, "A Heart That Forgives," a song which became a viral sensation with over 2 million views to date on YouTube. The song is taken from his freshman CD, "Let's Come Together." It also initiated a partnership between LeVar and Dr. Michael Barry with the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, and they began hosting free events to address the healing power of forgiveness. It seemed that it couldn't get any better and then this, Kevin's new CD "Destiny! Live at the Dream Center and More" takes you to another level.
"When I wrote the song, 'A Heart That Forgives,' I never anticipated how many lives it would change," says LeVar. "The volume of emails, phone calls, conversations and testimonies we've received, has confirmed how needed this campaign is. As 2014 comes to a close, I want to encourage people to let go of past hurts and create healthy futures. This Christmas, why not give the gift of forgiveness? There is no gift wrap required, it fits any budget, and one size fits all."
