Josh Wilson Embarks on Christmas Tour with JJ Heller and Dan Bremnes

Singer and songwriter Josh Wilson embarks on his annual "The Noel Tour" with special guests JJ Heller and Dan Bremnes. The 10-plus-city tour, sponsored by Compassion International, will kick off December 3 in Holland, OH and conclude on December 20 in Sabetha, KS. This is the fifth year for Wilson to headline a Christmas tour, during which he will perform a mix of holiday classics from his first full-length Christmas album, Noel (October 2012). Wilson and a four-piece band will be playing upwards of 20 instruments and will rotate them throughout the night, making this a unique and memorable experience.
Josh Wilson returned to the Grand Ole Opry stage Saturday, October 17. The Opry showcases a mix of country legends and contemporary chart-toppers at each performance. Wilson joined artists Merle Haggard, Connie Smith, Jonathan Jackson, Gary Mule Deer and more. Wilson, a regular volunteer at the Nashville Rescue Mission, had the chance to invite nine men from the Life Recovery Program as his guests, making it a special night for everyone involved. This past summer, Wilson celebrated his highest street week debut in his nine year career with the recent release of That Was Then, This Is Now. The album hit the Top 5 on the Billboard Top Christian Albums chart and was his first ever debut on the Billboard Top 200 chart. Media have praised Wilson for this successful project by saying:
"With lyrics that pack a punch and a fresh, updated sound, That Was Then, This Is Now, is aptly titled and will serve to define this moment in Wilson's now nine-year career." - CCM Magazine"This most recent endeavor sees Wilson formulate an intimate and personal worship experience while remaining relaxed, accessible, and charming." - JesusFreakHideout"That Was Then, This Is Now is a fresh solid pop-rock album about life in Christ, surrender to His will, and the transformation that only He can bring." - LifeWay's WorshipLife
