Beyoncé Sends 'Get Well Soon' Gifts To Ailing Lady Gaga

Beyoncé has really been spreading her love around lately. First, she stepped up to help Houston's hurricane relief project and then she turned her attention towards longtime friend, Lady Gaga. The two first collaborated back in 2009 on the track "Telephone" and a real connection was made. As Gaga canceled the European tour due to her ongoing battle with chronic pain and instead checked into a hospital, Beyoncé sent her a few gifts to cheer her up.
Gaga took to her Instagram to show off the goodies that were in Bey's care package.
"Not having a good pain day. Thank you, honey B for sending me this comfy sweatshirt. Keeps me warm outside in a hammock so I can be w the trees, and the sky, and the sun and take deep breaths. Feel so lucky to have so much love. Miss you. This was so kind. If I hadn't seen your videos on TV at grandmas house after I got dropped from def jam records, I would have given up. You inspire us all. The dream you embody kept me going." Gaga wrote in the caption.
While Gaga continues to struggle with physical pain she tweeted some encouraging news this past weekend saying,
"Gettin' stronger every day for my #LittleMonsters can't wait to get back on stage & be w u at JoanneWorldTour #PawsUp"
Gaga has also been celebrating the release of her documentary"Five Foot Two", which is exclusively streaming on Netflix. It has received some rave reviews from critics and fans alike. Gaga has always been pretty honest about her physical struggles but this shines a different light on what it is like for her to cope with the chronic pain that has currently sidelined her. It's great to see that her equally busy friends like Beyoncé are so supportive, isn't it?
You don't have to be a fan of Beyoncé's music to appreciate her. She's at the top of her game musically, has numerous side projects going including charity work and then there's that set of twins that she recently delivered. Bey sets a great example of making time for those people and things that matter most.
