Switch Holds #1 Spot for 8 Straight Weeks, Releases “Symphony (feat. Dillon Chase)” Music Video
In celebration of their song holding the #1 spot on the Billboard Christian Hot AC / CHR chart for 8 straight weeks, Life.Church's Switch released its music video of "Symphony (feat. Dillon Chase)" to digital retailers today. The video was shot by the video team at Life.Church and is available on iTunes, Apple Music, Amazon and other music download platforms.
DREAM Records will also be the first label to debut a music video on the PureFlix.com platform with Switch's music video debuting on July 15th.
"This song is all about finding peace in the middle of chaos. For the music video, we intentionally put images of chaos and peace side by side-fire and static interruptions in one scene and an orchestra playing in slow motion in the next," said JT Murrell, who oversees worship and album production at Life.Church. "We resisted the urge to finish the video with a happy ending. Instead, we show peace is possible with Jesus, even when your situation doesn't change and the chaos doesn't stop."
The group released their debut EP titled Symphony on February 8, and the title track has since received 9 million digital streams. With over 100 Billboard radio stations on the single, the song has also reached #1 on the Hot CHR chart for 10 weeks straight, #6 on the Billboard Christian AC Monitored chart, #6 on the Billboard Christian AC Indicator chart, #6 on the Mediabase Christian AC chart, and #5 on the Billboard Christian National Audience chart.
Switch is a collective of worship leaders from Life.Church, a multi-site church meeting at 33 physical locations in 10 states and globally at Church Online. Following Life.Church's mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ, Switch is passionate about creating modern music that encourages listeners to pursue a relationship with Jesus.
