Audrey Assad Reminds of Our Need for Friendship with "Island" in Our Times of Self-Isolation

Audrey Assad has released a new single entiled "Island." In a time of social distancing because of the coronavirus pandemic, this song about the importance of friendship could not have been more timely. Assad writes: "Island is out now! A song about friendship as we all keep our distance. I couldn't have planned this timing, but I'll take it. Love and health and wholeness to all."
We are knit together
Together as one
Where you're going I will go
Underneath the shelter of this love
We will walk each other home
You be home to me
I will be home to you
No one is an island
You be home to me
I will be home to you
No one is an island
