August Alsina and Nicki Minaj Song 'No Love' Debuts as the Fifth Song in his Album, 'Testimony'
It is already the middle of the summer but things are just beginning to get interesting August Alsina who is a new R&B singer on the block. The singer is a recording artist from New Orleans who signed on to Def Jam recordings before teaming up with Nicki Minaj in this single he had a single featuring Trinidad James. This time he has teamed up with Nicki Minaj for a remix of his song 'No Love'. She drops a verse of which Alsina released snippets to Hollywood life which has the sample of the collaboration.
There is only a small part of the song which has been teased on Instagram, but the original seems to be self explanatory, detailing the commitment issues that August seems to have but the remix is a different approach which reportedly turns the tables. This could be a new sensitive side that we are seeing from the up and comer. In the preview of the song that was teased to Hollywood life, we hear Nicki rapping about how Alsina seems afraid to put his faith in love and relationships but her steady flow and punch lines convince him more and more that a relationship is in fact possible. So is there something in the works for them? well she did say that it was her favorite song at the beginning.
Anyway, Nicki did appear on the Home Shopping Network to promote her latest fragrance she said that she will be on tour as of the start of 2015. This will be the next after the tour that she took in 2012, 'Pink Friday: Reloaded'. The song 'No Love' is the fifth song on Alsina's album which debut in March.
