Nick Vujicic Embarks on a Brazil Tour, Advancing a Mission to Share Jesus with 1 Billion People

Nick Vujicic

Nick Vujicic, president and CEO of NickV Ministries, has traveled the globe sharing the Good News of Jesus, resulting in more than 1 million people choosing to follow Christ.

Nick said, "I've traveled to 74 countries to share my story with millions of people, from students and young people to business professionals and even world leaders. I want to share a special message with the world based on my own story and encounter with Jesus: There is hope."

Now Nick and his organization, NickV Ministries, are committed to pursuing an ambitious goal: to reach 1 billion people with the Gospel by 2028.

"There are at least 4.3 billion people on earth who don't know Jesus," Nick remarked. "That's why we're committed to sharing the Gospel with 1 billion people by 2028."

To that end, Nick launched a five-day campaign throughout Brazil. Scheduled for Holy Week, April 15-20, Nick will visit Brasilia, Goiânia, Ponta Grossa, Belo Horizonte and Belém. The campaign is produced by local non-profit Christianitatis, and admission is free to all events.

"The opportunity to impact huge numbers of people through events is an amazing way to feel the joy of the Lord," said Nick. "I have heard countless stories of joy, hope and inspiration."

Central to Nick's ministry is his own redemption story. Born without arms and legs, Nick struggled with depression and loneliness throughout his childhood and adolescence, culminating in a suicide attempt at the age of 10. Today, he is a globally acclaimed motivational speaker and bestselling author, a miraculous testament to overcoming seemingly insurmountable odds.

"Everyone has difficulties in life," Nick said. "But something happens when we walk by faith and not by sight. If you don't walk by faith, and if you never give your broken pieces a chance in the hands of God, who can do miracles, you will never see the beautiful things that can truly emerge from your broken pieces. Just know that He can do infinitely more than you can ask, imagine or achieve."

"I think one big question that we all ask at some point in our lives is: 'Why?' And we have no idea, but God knows. I love Jeremiah 29, where it says: 'For I know the plans I have for you,' declares the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future.' And then it says: 'Then you will call on me, come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart. I will be found by you.'"

No matter the country, and no matter the venue, it's all part of Nick's mission to share the message and hope of God's love with people everywhere.

Nick said, "I'm here to tell people that they are special, they are loved and that God has an amazing plan for their lives. And if God can use me, a man without arms and legs, to be His hands and feet, then He will certainly use any willing heart. If we give our lives to him, he promises to give us hope and a future."

From April 25-26 at Create Church in Richardson, Texas, NickV Ministries will host its Champions Summit. The Champions Summit was created to educate and encourage those who want to provide care and counsel to the brokenhearted within their communities. This summit will challenge them to draw closer to Christ while sharing His calling for them in a world where prayer and repentance are critically needed.

In addition to Nick, the event will feature a dynamic group of speakers, including Jenna Quinn - creator of The Jenna Quinn Law, Jaco Booyens - a lead advocate for human trafficking prevention, James Ward - known as America's Zero Victim Pastor and many more.
