Frozen 2 Release Date, Spoilers and Reveals: No Specifics Given on Movie While Attention Given to Frozen Book Lineup, Set of Frozen Books to be Released Early Next Year
Fans have been clamoring and asking about the sequel to Frozen for ages now and the good news is that Disney has confirmed plans for a second movie to come out. However, this spoiler will be a letdown, for the film addicts because the details about neither the plot, release date, nor even the cast have not yet been provided. Instead there is a series of books which reveal more about the Frozen universe which are coming up and they will tell the story of every character that is in Arendelle.
Now Random House which is the publisher has planned to release four books on the story within the course of next year. the first 2 which are titled Anna and Elsa: All hail the queen and Anna and Elsa: Memory and Magic will go on are slated to be released into the market by January 26th. The other two books will be released during the course of the year as information of the dates comes to light. It is also rumored that this will become a thing where Random house releases 3 or 4 books a year going forward but it is yet to be seen. The children's division president for Random House, Barbara Marcus, stated that the Frozen series will be like Never Girls which is set in Peter Pan's Neverland.
At the same time, the Never Girls series are filling a niche in the chapter book market. The advantage here is that the popularity of Frozen is only growing stronger. There are also big names being allocated for the book writing endeavor. As such, Erica David, who wrote the book versions of 'How to Train your Dragon' and 'The Legend of Korra' will also be joining the team to write the four books in the course of next year. Even the Disney CEO Bon Iger confirmed the effect that Frozen would have in the market saying that it one was likely to see it in more places than ever before. The franchise will make an effect on the bottom line for a long time.
