The highly-rated police procedural drama series by CBS will be returning on January 2015. Though the exact release date might not be sure yet but rest assured that the series has started filming already for their last and final season.
Bruno Heller, the show's creator revealed that the forthcoming series will deliver a "satisfying conclusion" to everyone. The show will be focusing on Robin and Simon and getting rid of Red John to concentrate on the human dynamic aspect of The Mentalist. The producers are leaving the fans hanging on with the question of whether Patrick and Teresa will be married. This will serve a surprise to look forward to next season.
Fans are speculating as well regarding Emily Swallow's withdrawal from the show. It has known that she took to her social media accounts the news that she is not returning anymore for The Mentalist season 7. However, fans are still hoping that she once more join the filming and retain the role she have.
On the other hand, the show expressed the return of Morena Baccarin as Erica Flynn on the series. The character is remembered as the matchmaker who murdered her husband for some reason. She was last seen eloping from the jail and later changed her name to Jane for disguise and offering information in exchange for pardon.
The Mentalist Season 7 sums up everything from the previous seasons and is surely to set a new wavelength of thought-provoking scenes. Upon the announcement that the TV series will be entering their last final season, the production team is on-board making the TV series more exciting and thrilling for the audience. A lot of questions will finally be answered; though things will never be the same but nevertheless, this is their last shot to one more season of greatness to look forward to 2015.
