Batman: Arkham Knight Release Date, News, Reveals, Rumors, Reviews and Updates: the Joker Might be back for the next Arkham Game in a Side Plot
Batman Arkham Knight is an upcoming action adventure developed by Rocksteady as well as Warner Bros due to the ties of the franchise to the movie business. As of the latest reports, the game is supposed to hit the market on June 2nd 2015 and will be available for the following platforms which include Playstation 4, X Box One and PC. Apparently, this is going to be the fourth game in the Batman: Arkham series. In the previous installment we saw that the Joker was killed by Batman and by know you all know that the main villain for this upcoming installment is going to be the Arkham Knight. This is going to be the exact opposite of the dark knight in that he will be an evil and more militarized version which will prove to be quite the threat this time. However, the plot with the Joker the last time proved to be quite juicy and it may not be gone.
One o the fans pointed out that even though the Joker is gone, at least according to the Batman: Arkham Origins plot, he could still be brought back in a side plot or story. There are other theories that discount both the Arkham Knight and the reappearance of the Joker this time round claiming that Rocksteady could not have created a new character from scratch or the upcoming installment. This also discounts the presence of the Joker in the game, but finds the upcoming game is still a mystery. Allegedly the Arkham Knight may be someone already within the DC Universe but not someone that we expect to take the position obviously.
The game release was recently delayed, and the latest rumors suggest that it had something to do with the multiplayer capabilities, as the developers were quite silent on the matter after announcing the delay. The added time until release could be their window to provide the necessary add-ons.
