Mission Impossible 5 Reveals, Reviews, Release Date, Teasers and Updates: Tom Cruise Pics on Set Revealed in Morocco Shooting Next Installment
The famous actor from Top Gun is back for Mission Impossible 5 behind the wheel of a stunt car no less. The fifth and latest installment of the franchise is set to release by Christmas next year which should be the perfect window for the action packed flick during the holidays. Apparently Cruise is doing his own stunts to the delight of the insurance company of course, and he was recently seen on set in the Kasbah of the Udayas, which is near the Moroccan capital. While filming a scene for the movie, the actor was seen in a high end BMW fitted with cameras.
There are other pictures of the Hollywood star on the set talking with the production crew and receiving instructions as to particular stunts. The last time we left off, the producers including J.J. Abrams, and Christopher Mc'Quarrie, the director, were looking for a female lead to co star alongside Cruise. She is not going to be Hunt's assistant or protégé as we have seen in other installments but of rather equal stature which will be interesting to see. The options for the role had settled on Oscar nominated Jessica Chastain but she turned down the role. As such, the role seems to be up for grabs, but in my opinion I would rather a seasoned star like Lucy's Scarlett Johansen take the role because she knows something about being the fierce spy weapon for governments while still keeping her independence. Similarly, she has debuted as an action film star especially with the movie Captain America; the Winter Soldier.
The latest installment of mission impossible is expected to film in London and the bosses were highly delighted when they were granted permission to film inside the Houses of Parliament. There is a lot of anticipation over what the next installment of Mission Impossible is going to bring to the screen this time round. We will just have to see what happens.
