Amazon's Kindle Voyage: The Best E-Reader Today
Amazon's Kindle Voyage: The Best E-Reader Today
In 2007, Amazon released their first e-reader in the market. Their first release of Kindle reader was sold for $400. But unfortunately, they don't have any track record of the hardware used in making this version. Before, the only purpose of Kindle is for you to read books that you purchased from the Amazon's online store. In our generation today, that different phone competes with each other, giving the consumer many choices to make their life easier. But Kindle is only dedicated to those who really love reading. As time goes by, Amazon inserts improvements making it more competitive in the market.
Now, Amazon presents their newest version of Kindle, the Voyage. Amazon gave another step of improvement to their e-reader. According to New York Times, The Voyage's main trick is a "high-resolution display that mimics the look of a printed page." The text that you will read in the screen gives you 300 pixels an inch of resolution, which can also be found in other mobile devices that we know today.
The text in the Voyage is sharper and clearer, it seems like your reading the actual black-and-white book. So clear that you might forget that you're using a device in reading a book.
Amazon says "the Voyage offers a better approximation of print than has ever been available on an e-reader" This new version of Kindle really offers more than that, giving you visual clarity of printed text with the flexibility of an electronic device, handy and very easy to use.
But how much is this new technology from Amazon? Well, The Voyage, which at $199 and up is Amazon's most expensive Kindle and it doesn't look just like the printed page. Like other Kindles, it does things the printed page can't do.
The Voyage has some features that can help you in your reading hobby like its X-Ray feature that shows you a handy pop-up guide of every person you encounter. Looking for a word? , or you want to check the footnotes of the book, just tap the device and you'll have it. Also, this is the thinnest Kindle of Amazon. Want to see how the Voyage looks like? Really, Amazon provides the best e-reader device today. Through this device, you will really appreciate what you read.
