7 Core Music Signs Throwback Kid
7Core Music are pleased to announce the 2nd of 3 brand new label signing's coming this year, Throwback Kid.
Take a splash of Badly Drawn Boy, a spoonful of Jack Johnson, add a sprinkling of The Beach Boys and top off with a little Waterboys Fisherman's blues era and you'll come close to Throwback Kid.
Last year, popular UK Worship leader Pete James found himself going back to his routes and writing songs about family, friends, and life in general. Knowing that these songs would never fit on one of his 'Congregational worship albums', but seeing the effect they had on people he played them to, he knew he had to get in a studio and record these new ideas. He described it as 'Flowing With The Feeling'.
In stepped 7Core Music and some amazing local session musicians to help make Pete's feeling become a reality, and Throwback Kid was born.
An EP 'Flowing with the Feeling' will be released on July 13th with the first single 'Bluebells and Blossom' coming June 30th.
