Orange is the New Black Season 3: Less Pornstarche, More Alex!

Orange is the New Black Season 3: Less Pornstarche, More Alex!
Orange is the New Black Season 3 premiere is "sometime in June 2015", according to sources. Like the previous two seasons, all episodes comprising the entire Orange is the New Black Season 3 will be available on Netflix for streaming as soon as given the green light.
As revealed in a June 5 Instagram posted by actress Laura Prepon, who plays Alex in the Netflix original series, Orange is the New Black Season 3 Episode 1 is entitled "It's The Great Blumpkin, Charlie Brown!" The Instagram photo also reveals that Orange is the New Black Season 3 will, this time, have 14 episodes. The first and second seasons both have 13 episodes each.
Although filming began about three months ago, there is no Orange is the New Black Season 3 trailer available just yet. There are however a few spoilers going around the Internet for quite a while already. For one, Prepon's character will be back as a series regular. Last season, she appeared in only four episodes. On the other hand, Pablo Schreiber's prison guard George "Pornstache" Mendez won't be seen much on season 3. In a talk with Vulture, Schreiber revealed that while his character won't be around, "But his mother is making an appearance on season three. Mary Steenburgen has been cast as my mom. I'm not sure what she'll do that will advance the Pornstache plotline, but for now, Mendez is in prison, biding his time. Spoiler alert!" Also, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Orange is the New Black Season 3 will have a new corrections officer to be portrayed by actress Marsha Stephanie Blake.
The Orange is the New Black Season 3 cast is headed by Taylor Schilling who plays 'Piper Chapman,' a fictional character based on the real Piper Kerman whose memoir, "Orange is the New Black: My Year in a Women's Prison," served as basis for Jenji Kohan's critically acclaimed TV show.
